Business Development Associate:
SCR SOFT Technologies seeks an individual for the position of Business Development Associate. The successful candidate will Identify potential clients or new opportunities at existing clients by conducting business discovery meetings
** Define Business Intelligence solution vision by analyzing requirements of the identified opportunity/sale.
** Leverage technical sales knowledge in ERP tools and collaborate with Solution Architecture team in Evaluation phase of sales cycle.
** Prepare and write proposals that document the Proposed Business Intelligence Solution to the Client.
BS or equivalent in Business Administration or Information Systems / Computer Science. MBA is preferred.
** At least two (2) years of experience in Business Development in the BI Space.

Software Engineer :
** Design and implement Enterprise solutions. programming in PL/SQL,oracle, Unix shell scripting, stored procedures, etc. Define and implement data load strategy.
** RequireUG or PG in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 2 years of experience in developing applications using microsoft tools.

Program Analyst :
Perform business and requirement analysis using Rational Rose, UML (Use Cases) and other requirements gathering methodologies. Use Web enabled/Java technologies to assist in implementation of BI applications. Generate SQL code for data loading using commercial tools.
Reqd: UG or PG degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
40hr/wk.
