** We are looking for a Sales Leader, starting as an individual contributor and eventually build a ‘high performing Global Sales Organization’ for our BAKE product lines, which is our flagship Analytics Platform.Role focus
Technology : SAP Business Objects and Inteliment Industry Solutions,
Region : Maharashtra (bas location is Pune).
** Taking ownership for entire ‘Value base Solution Selling’ cycle - Leads to Closure, Plan & Execute effective sales strategies for BI solutions and projects
** Ensure timely attainment of Sales Quota on Quarterly basis by maintaining focus on Topline as well as Bottom line targets
** Manage the preparation of the budgets, forecasts and performance reports and ensure they are presented in a timely manner
** Coordinate with marketing and channels resources for campaigns, events and collateral to support sales activities and plans
** Develop and nurture C-Level business relationships across customers as well as partner organizations.
Additional skillset :
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs as well as the competition
** High sense of personal responsibility.
** Credible, confident and articulate, with good presentation skills.
Key Account Manager :

** The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact working with diverse corporate cultures and at CXO levels. Represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure excellent customer service to generate new and repeat business opportunities.
Role focus :
** Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
** Ensures that client issues are dealt-with in an efficient manner, quality standards and client expectations are met on an ongoing basis
** Responsible for the contract and contract renewals and for payment collections.
** Works closely with the project team and ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
** Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
** Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
** Plan and execute marketing & communications programs for assigned accounts
