** Should be able to analyze, debug and resolve issues

Sr. Java Developer :
Location : Pune
Experience : 4 + Years

** Java 6, Servlet and JSP (J2ee 2.3 and above)
** Hibernate 3.x
** Struts 1.2 and 2.0 and strong knowledge on working with Tag libraries
** Hands on experience on SQL Server 2008 or Oracle, capability to understand the DB concepts and how these can be managed with Hibernate.
** Strong and proven capability of working with RICH UI components using Jquery / Dojo (JQuery is preferable but even Dojo is also fine)
** Spring 2.0 (Even theoretical knowledge is ok if candidate has no hands on exp)
** JSF (JSF is not mandatory though)
