Job Description
The role will focus on a range of compliance tasks and this person will be associated with the Legal & Compliance Team for managing a variety of compliance tasks in order to support the Company’s Medicare Part D Programs. This person will be provided the opportunity to learn more about the Global Compliance role in the industry and its issues in the process of resolving diverse needs.

Fox Insurance Company has agents/brokers, who work for the Company for marketing the Medicare Benefit Plans to the prospective Enrollees. These agents are registered with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in United States of America and are well versed with our plan details. The Legal & Compliance Officer will be working with the agents/brokers in order to make sure that,

- the licenses of the agents are valid and keep a track of the expiration of the licenses at regular intervals,
- the agents are trained on our Medicare Part D Plans and benefits through on-line training modules and in turn conduct examination to ensure that the agents have a clear understanding of the Plans and the Benefits,
- regular updates about the Plans are provided to the agents,
- the records of commission payments to the agents are properly maintained.

Company is presently operating in 18 States in United States and is aggressively expanding its coverage to all the 50 States. The Company is seeking domain experts in Legal & Compliance who would be responsible for regular communication with Department of Insurances (DOI’s) of all States in US and keeping track of the State Licenses fillings to the DOI’s.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. LL.B / LL.M from a reputed institute with working knowledge in Commerce.
2. Good Business Communication skills.
3. Strong problem solving and prompt decision-making skills.
4. A self starter and a good team player, with leadership qualities.
5. Exposure to Insurance / Healthcare domain would be an added advantage.
6. Willing to work in night shift (transportation is provided by the Company).
