Oracle Financial Functional Consultant :

Job Description :
The Consultant will work as part of a team delivering a service, with varying levels of complexity and risk.
Primary Job Responsibility :
** Gather, understand and map the Client Oracle Financials business needs in relation to existing system processes
** Identify, review, prioritize the Client Oracle Financials system gaps and propose system workarounds or customization solutions
** Act as an advisor on the best practices in the use of Oracle Financials and recommend improvements as and when necessary
** Identify, document and build the Client Oracle Financials reporting capabilities with Oracle Developer assistance
** Ensure the correctness and effectiveness of data in Oracle Financials System
** Provide Oracle Financials tasks input to the Team Leader or Project Manager
** Writing main project deliverables RD, BP, BR and MD AIM documents
** Develop Oracle Financials training materials, workshops or executive presentation in English
** Conduct and lead Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Test sessions
Desired Profile :
** Oracle Financials specialist with IT and Consultancy background
** 5+ years experience as Oracle e-Business functional consultant in Financials
** Must have a proven track record of implementing Oracle Financials solutions. A minimum of 2 full project implementation life cycle is required
** Candidate is expected to work autonomously in supporting, educating, training and analyzingthe Client’s business requirements and map them into the application to enhance the work efficiency
** Candidate will report directly to his Team head
** Candidate must be fluent in English with good writing and reading commands
Primary Skills :
** Strong analytical abilitiesStrong knowledge of configuring and solving system issues in Oracle Financials Modules ( GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Payments)
** Database knowledge especially related to Oracle Financials structure, tables names and views
** Must have good hands-on and implementation experience using Oracle e-Business 11i and R12
** Must be working with the Client to establish clear business requirements, then propose optimal system design, configure, test and deliver the solution to Production
** The consultant must have ability to lead the client through the project phases, translating business requirements into system solutions and resolving business issues is essential using Oracle AIM
** The project involve a mixture of providing business and IT consultancy meaning the consultant must have good interpersonal, facilitation as well as written and verbal communication skills
** Knowledge of tools such as Toad, SQL Navigator is a definite plus
** Should be a team player with ‘Can do’ working attitude

Oracle Forms & Reports (PL/SQL) Developer :

Job Description :
** Work with the team that is involved in developing custom applications for different clients in various PL/SQL based technologies. You will work as a team member involved in the development of applications as per the client's requirement and the system design.
** Primary Job Responsibility will be that of a PL/SQL Developer working towards development of applications in Forms/Reports 10g, Oracle HTMLDB (now Application Express), Oracle Portal and Backend Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, etc. in Oracle Database.
Desired Profile :
** The candidate should have at least a Bachelors degree, with 1-3 years industry experience, of which at least 1 year should be in the area of PL/SQL Development preferably Oracle Forms/Reports. Web-based PL/SQL development (Forms/Reports 10g, HTMLDB, etc.) will be considered a definite plus.
** The Candidate must be flexible towards working in shifts as and when required by the company.
