Test Engineer :
Roles & Responsibilities :
** Execute the tests as per test cases.
** Log test results
** Assists in Defect classification and Reporting.
** Assists in creation of unit level test cases
** Reports module specific defects analysis
** Assists in design and documentation of module level test cases
** Should be able to write and execute SQL scripts for data level validations
Skills :
** Domain Knowledge – Insurance / Banking / CRM / Database
** Test case modeling and design skills
** Exp in Manual and Automation both.
** Engineer with at least 1+ year of relevant experience
Compensation : 17 - 20 K

** Written & verbal communication – ability to communicate clearly & correctly

** Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on Sundays & Public Holidays. **
Good to have Skills : Six Sigma Certifications
Roles and Responsibilities :
Client Management :
** Overall incharge to deliver best service model
** Adhere & exceed client defined quality norms.
** Communicate client updates to Team & hold pre/post shift team briefings.
** Manage SLAs for deliveries, service availability and create service improvement plans by engagement with network support and IT support teams **
Escalations and Reports :
** Identification of chronic issues and Service Improvement Plans
** Escalation management and Engagement with internal, external customers and vendors
** Analyze & prepare action plan based on client sat/dissat.
** Monitor page logs and service levels of the clients.
** Handle & record escalations appropriately.
** Prepare & maintain Daily reports.
Team Management :
** Plan Optimum Staffing during the shifts
** Provide regular & systematic feedback to team on performance indicators.
** Render support to team members to resolve issues and provide coaching in areas of improvement defined for team members.
** Verify necessary skills & product knowledge for team.
** Adhere to guidelines for Code of conduct for self & team.
** Adhere to Information Security Policies.
