Technical Knowledge :
1) Must have Experience in Automation Test
2) Must have Experience in Selenium
3) Must have Experience in Web driver
4) Must have Experience in Frame work
5) Must have Experience in built 10k+Automated regression Pack
6) Must have Experience in Java.
Responsibilities include :
** Extensive knowledge of Test Automation tools both open-source and commercial
** Should have built 10K+ asset automated regression packs in the past
** Develop improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future application test configurations for various applications
** Oversee all Testing activities within the Technology division to ensure alignment, appropriate coverage, quality of work (includes testing activities performed by individuals outside of your team, including UAT, Development, Support and Infrastructure)
** Provide hands-on support to your team; resolve technical and non-technical issues, manage risk, ensure high quality of work and the successful delivery of all software releases
** Report the QA metrics and health of the product on a weekly basis
Requirements :
** 12+ years of progressive experience in varied and complex IT delivery roles with at least 5 years in IT Software Testing with extensive experience in test automation
** Experience with large scale and complex system implementation, system replacement and data migration/conversion projects
** Proven experience in building out and leading a high performance software test team, interfacing with external testing groups, preparing and executing successful testing strategies and test project management
** Technology based integration, system and regression testing
** Creation of Test Management Plan, Test Reports, and Defect Management analysis
** Experience with all phases of testing, including unit, system, integration, user acceptance, and pilot.
** Experience generating test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
** Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
