Job Description
The Person is responsible for appointing insurance agents through his/her own social circle. He has to train, motivate and drive business thru them. ASM/SM is on the company payroll while the agents/advisors will be working on commission basis.
Candidate should have requisite experience in direct selling/marketing, team management and should have strong social network.
He/She should carry 3 to 10 (after MBA/PGDBM/Graduation) years experience in sales/mktg/business development, must possess good communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Criteria Should be Graduate from any discipline
Should have Minimum 2 - 4 yrs of Sales Experience
Should have Pleasing Personality
Should have Good Communication Skills (in local Language).
