Business Development Executive Job Purpose : Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Senior Sales Executive Job Duties :
** Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
** A Sales Executive must use their initiative to source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
** Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
** Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
** Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
** Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
** Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
** Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
** Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
** Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
** The Sales Executive is responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team, and then overseeing that these targets are met.
Key skills and qualifications of a Sales Executive:
** You may be required to hold qualifications relating to Sales.
** A Sales Executive must have strong man-managing skills, able to efficiently manage a team and liaise with other operations teams.
** The Sales Executive must also have good customer services skills to deal day-to-day with all enquiries and cultivate relationships with future clients.
** You must also have good communication skills as much of the job involves presentations, conferences and other sales pitches.
** The Sales Executive must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.
** You must be proficient in Microsoft Office any other standard software related to Sales and Marketing
Experience :Minimum 3-4 year experience in solution selling in corporate
