Asst manager sales & marketing (Job Code SM002) :

Reporting To : Head global service sales
Roles & Responsibility :
** Innovative marketing programs that drive demand.
** Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.
** Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
** Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
** Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
** Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
** Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products
** Relentless, strong minded, committed sales professional
** Will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual targets
** Will be responsible for customer’s retention
** Well aware of RFP documentation
** To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals
** Development of new markets for business based on formulation & implementation of Strategies.
** Collating feedback from customers to recommend improvement
** Market intelligence and competitor activity tracking
Education Qualification : BE / B.Tech with MBA and Knowledge of the our domain would be an added advantage
Experience : 6+ Years of software product marketing experience.

Outbound Sales & Marketing (Job Code SM001) :
Job Location : Hyderabad
Department : Marketing & Sales
Reporting To : Head global service sales

** Must have worked in Business Development / Sales role selling Software services/products for EU/US region
** Must have carried individual quota/target
** Well aware of end-to-end business development and sales process from creating a database, lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and deal closure
** Well aware of RFP documentation
** Highly confident, self starter and a go-getter type of person
** Result oriented with strong verbal & written communication
** Proven track record of success in selling IT services/technology
** Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
** Good market knowledge
** Must be willing to work in EU/US timing
Education Qualification : BE / B.Tech with MBA pref marketing
Experience : 3 to 4 Years of software product marketing experience with at least 2 years experience in a field facing role.
