Applications in the prescribed format are invited for filling up of 13 vacancies of Junior Stenographers in Orissa High Court in the Pay Band of Rs.5,200-20,200/- & Grade Pay of Rs.2,400/- pIus other allowances as admissible to State Government employees. The break up of the vacancies is as under ;

Name of the post : Junior Stenographer
Total Post : 13
Age Limit: Between 18 to 35 years as on 01.01.2013

Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline with Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized Institution having a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typewriting.

Fee : Rs.50/- in shape of Treasury Challan under the Head "0070-other Administrative Services - 01 - Administration of Justice - 501 - Services and Service fees - 9903220 - Home Department - 9915770 - Examination fees".

Note :
The following documents should be attached with the Application Form.
a) Two Copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer with one Photograph pasted on Application form.
b) Two self addressed envelope of the size 23 Cms. X 1.0 ems. with required postage stamp for ordinary post .
c) Original Treasury Challan for the required amount.
d) Attested copies of certificates in support of age, Educational qualification, Technical qualification & Caste along with Mark Sheets.
e) The Candidates. who are employed in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies etc. should send their applications through proper channel. However, they may send the advance copies of their applications along with the required documents so as to reach the Special Officer (Special Cell), Orissa High Court, Cuttack on or before the scheduled date.
f) Application received without required documents & examination fee will be summarily rejected.
