Business Development Executive :
Division: Sales
Type: Full time
Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Goa
Responsibilities :
** Make daily sales calls/presentations and achieves monthly revenue/contract targets.
** Develop and maintain positive customer relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing.
** Attending telemarketing appointments & converting the same.
** Area penetration for an assigned territory.
** Prospecting, identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer.
** Making a plan of action, pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
** Creatives & artwork collection
** References & testimonial generation
** Other promotional activities
Education : A graduate from a recognized institute or university in any discipline.
Experience : Upto 6 months work experience in Sales in any sector, preferably ad space selling for various types of media.
Skills/Knowledge :
** Good personality, well groomed
** Self motivated
** Ability to meet deadlines
** Ability to manage stress
** Result oriented and well organized

Software Developer :
Division: Engineering
Type: Full time
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities :
** Participate in the design, development and rollout of new features following thorough engineering practices.
** Write clean, well-structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.
** Maintain, debug and extend existing code
** Write unit test cases as well as get code reviewed by other team members
** Design database tables and write SQL queries, procedures and triggers.
Requirements :
** Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience, Masters is a plus.
** Hands on experience in Java with sound knowledge of design patterns.
** Hands on experience in working with databases as a developer.
** Familiarity with good engineering practices like revision control systems (we use SVN), bug tracking systems (we use JIRA), code reviews, agile software development (we use SCRUM), build processes, code profiling and debugging.
** Excellent thinking, problem-solving, analytical, written and oral and communication skills.
** Bonus points for knowledge of any of the following Solr, SEO, PHP
** Bonus points for having an understanding of JavaScript, along with experience using a JS framework (we use JQuery).
