2. Ensuring Statutory Compliance of the Company (Areas- Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS and relevant Areas of Company Law).
3. Preparation and Analysis of Budget, Monthly Profit & Loss A/C.
4. Preparation of Monthly Profitability Reports 5. Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, Preparation of Various MIS i.e. EBIDA etc.
6. Accounting Standard Compliance, Inter Group Company & other Reconciliation.
7. Filing Various Returns- Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS returns.
8. Managed & Monitoring the Finalization of Accounts & get these audited from Auditors.
