Event Manager : (For our Group Company Pune Expat Club)
Job Description:
** Event conceptualizing, detailing and budgeting
** Structuring the sources of revenues and amounts
** Event related collaterals and branding.
** Event Sponsorships – Barter deals
** Will tie-up with other popular 3rd party events for cross-promotions
** Will maintain PR with Hotels & Service Apartments and generate leads
** Will participate in various events and generate leads
** Will tie-up member benefit establishments for cross-promotion
** Ensuring tie-up collaterals are changed time to time
** Ensuring Social Media updates are made time to time
Desired Profile:
** We are looking for men or women with at least two years of experience in event management.
** Thorough knowledge of Pune city and events, good negotiation skills, excellent communication skills,
** Know-how of local norms, comfort with computers and good organizational abilities are required.
** It is a full time Job.

Position: Associate – Customer Relations
Job Description:
** As Pune's leading Relocation Company, Lexagent assists key expatriates / foreign assignees of multinational corporations to re-settle in Pune and integrate with the local culture.
** Among other things; the role involves city orientation, home search program, settling in services and immigration compliance registrations.
** The major success factor in resettlement is being able to offer good realty solutions -- short listing suitable properties and showing it to the client;
** advise on market trends, and negotiating lease agreements.
** It is an outdoor, telephone, email and interaction based, customer focused position.
** This is a full time job although it offers some amount of flexi-time.
Desired Profile:
** We are looking for men or women candidates, age 25 to 35, preferably from a service industry background.
** Thorough knowledge of Pune city (roads/areas), excellent English communication, comfort with computers and good organizational abilities are required.
** Overseas exposure to travel, work, education or living is an added advantage.
