Guest Experience Assistant:
** To provide simple, high quality, effective and timely services to all guests when required.
** Accompany the guest to his allotted seat.
** Briefing the guest of the facilities provided.
** Undergo training to make sure that all policy and procedures of the company are followed correctly.
** Requesting the guests to politely fill the suggestions form.
** Attending all guests’ complaints and contacting the concerned departments to rectify the problem at the earliest.
** Sending a thanks message to the guests through E-mail, fax etc.
** Maintaining a guest history list and sending them greetings and sp packages.
** Checking the venue for the VIP guest before they check in and make sure that everything is in order.
** Make arrangement for special amenities if requested.
** Recording all guest complaints and action taken in complaints book.
** Maintaining a logbook for the guest relation activities.
** Taking care of the property visit by tour operators, corporate and other important visitors.
** Getting their comments, address and mail ID in our visitor’s book
** Coordinating with other departments regarding service and requirements for the guest.
** Maintaining an account book for the chargeable activities and pass the information to the concerned department.
** Any other tasks assigned by the management on regular basis.
Restaurant Manager:
** Restaurant managers ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.
** Restaurant managers must coordinate a variety of activities, Manager is responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety.
** Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities.
** The role has creative aspects as well, particularly in marketing and business development.
** As a key role, restaurant management is a fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.
Sales Executive:
** Will be responsible for efficient running of the department in line with companies Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest&owner expectations.
** To handle corporate clients for sales of the hotel facilities
** Fixing appointments with various corporate and making presentations about the venue in order to secure patronage
** Negotiating and closing deals
** Achieving targets and profitability for the venue
** Target Setting
** Achievement Analysis
** Local Tie-ups
** Activation of New Launches
** Periodic Analysis of service mix
** Identify & analyze latest trends
