** To ensure effective delivery of SLA’s as per the standard operating procedures (SOP) defined by the client,
** Quality & Compliance Management, people management & development
Job Profile:
** Graduate in any discpline
** 2-3 years of team handling experience in customer service process. (Handling escalation calls, answering agent’s queries etc.)
** Should have worked on an Airline DCS system for minimum 02 year. Preferably on SITA platform
** Should have Knowledge of GDS/ CRS. (Reservations/ Ticketing/ Fares)
** Should have knowledge of Check-In, Seat Mapping, Aircraft Configuration and other pre and post flight activities at Airportx
** Should have good communication skills
** Should have people and team management skills
** Preferably should have prior training experience
** Preferably should have knowledge of a helpdesk profile

QA Consultant :
Brief Description & Job Responsibility :
Delivery/Consulting :
** Consulting on Functional areas with clients
** Experience in handling POCs and Pilots
** Rolling out pilot to project implementation
** Define Test Strategies (Manual, Automated and functional)
** Estimation & Planning
** Metrics capture and reporting
** Mentoring team members
** Manage customer escalations and feedback on Testing activities
Pre-Sales :
** Facilitate collaterals and Functional offerings for IGT – Testing CoE
** Document QA Case Studies
** Create responses to proposals/ consult with client
** Create technical solution
Experience, Knowledge & others :
** 9-12 years of IT industry experience
** 3+ years of Test Management experience
** 2+ years of customer facing experience
** Consulting Experience in Functional, Automation and Performance testing
** Must have worked in an heterogeneous application environment
** Exposure to Airline domain specifically in areas like, Reservation management, Cargo,GDS , EMD , Departure control
Education:
** Testing Certification (CSTE/ISTQB)
** Exposure to variety of technologies (TPF, .Net, Mobile etc)
** Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer or related engineering field
** Certificate/Diploma in Business Process Analysis from industry recognized training institution will be preferred
Number Of Years Of Experience Required : 7- 10 yrs of Experience
