Applications are invited for the position of a Junior Lab Assistant-cum-Office Assistant in Department of Biomedical Engineering, IIT Ropar on contract basis for a period of one year extendable for further period subject to performance of the candidate.

Name of the post : Junior Lab Assistant-cum-Office Assistant
Emoluments: Rs. 20,000/- (Approx.) per month.

Essential Qualification(s) and experience:
1. A Bachelors degree or three years diploma in biology related subjects (Life Sciences, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology etc.)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desirable:
1. Knowledge of Computer Applications
2. About Two years experience in working in Biology Laboratory.
