Responsibilities :
** On-field and off-field work included - concept selling, make presentations, negotiate on deals and do relationship management
** Identifying potential partners through networking, market research, lead generations and cold callings
** Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
** Acquiring affiliates and maintaining relationship with them and collecting promotions, deals with them
** Making presentations/demonstrations to prospective clients
** Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market share
** Managing and enriching the existing partner relationships
Key Competencies:
** Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales & marketing

Requirements :
** Under Graduate / Graduate in any stream
** Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
** Knowledge of relevant computer applications
** Good typing skills
** Knowledge of administrative procedures
Responsibilities :
** To deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically and respond promptly to customer inquiries by handling & resolving their requests/complaints
** Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
** Perform customer verifications
** Set up new customer accounts
** Process orders, forms, applications and requests
** Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
