Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (TIFR), Mumbai hereby invites applicants for “Walk-ininterview for one position of Project Assistant for Integrated Lab to work in HBCSE

Name of the post: PROJECT ASSISTANT

Age: Below 25 years.

Qualification & Experience: The candidate should have in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any branch of Science with minimum 50% marks. The job requirement includes designing of new experiments and being a resource person for science popularisation in the office and in field locations. Expertise in using the computer will be desirable.

Consolidated honorarium :
For Project Assistants with Master's degrees : Rs. 10,000/- during the first year, Rs. 11,000/- during the second year and Rs. 12,000/- during the third year + HRA 30% in lieu of Government accommodation.
For Project Assistants with Bachelor’s degrees : Rs. 7,500/- during the first year, Rs. 8,500/- during the second year and Rs. 9,500/- during the third year+ HRA 30% in lieu of Government accommodation.

Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, (TIFR), Mumbai hereby invites applicants for Walk-in-interview for NIUS Physics Laboratories to work at HBCSE, Mumbai. The candidates should have interest in the field of training of UG students in Experimental Physics. Candidates should have familiarity with use of computers and willingness to work in the physics laboratory.

We are looking for candidates, who would like to join the NIUS (Physics) group and work following areas,
1. Study and development of experiments and UG student projects in Physics.
2. Training and guiding UG students in Experimental Physics.
3. Preparation of manuals and material related to novel experiments in Physics.
