The World Bank supported Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project (TNHSP) under Additional Financing invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for,

Package CS – 10/ TDP 3:
“Consultancy for conducting the final evaluation of Tribal Health and Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (CEmONC) activities in the State of Tamil Nadu”

The Consultant will be selected by “Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS)” in accordance with the procedures set out in the “World Bank Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004, revised 1st October 2006 Edition).

Interested consultants must provide information indicating;
(i) that they are qualified to perform the services along with their organization details (years of operation and location of their offices),
(ii) experiences in evaluation studies in health sector
(iii) specific experiences in evaluation studies in tribal health and Maternal health sector
(iv) financial details such as annual (per year) financial turnover of the organization continuously for 2 years (2010-12)
with details and annual (per year) financial turnover exclusively for evaluation studies either 2010-11 or 2011-12.

The firm may submit the Expression of Interest for the above package, clearly indicating in a sealed and clearly marked cover titled as “Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Package CS – 10/ TDP 3: “Consultancy for conducting the final evaluation of Tribal Health and Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (CEmONC) activities in the State” on or before 15.04.13, 3 pm to the below mentioned address. Expression of Interest received in a sealed envelope alone will be considered.
