Description :
By harvesting the black grapes, first they are crushed. The juice, skin & seed of grapes are fermented by adding yeast at 15-20 degree temp. Yeast turns the Sugar present in the juice into alcohol and Carbon dioxide. After fermentation must composition and other mixture is further processed by post fermentation treatment and other treatments like pressing, ageing, finning & clarification, stabilization and then bottling. Fermentation completed in 10-30 days normally. Alcohol present is 10-14%.
