Vacancies for Talent –Business Development Position in Leading HR Consultants Company in Coimbatore.

Eligibility Criteria’s :
Education : Any UG / PG preferably.
Gender : Male or Female.
Experience :
(Fresher’s-Exceptional) – Min 6 months exp in any recruitment position is first preferance.Interested in business development,client meetings.

Job Responsibilities’ :
** Researching & mapping the targeted companies. Maintaining PR with the client base and to increase the client base through market exploration.
** Generating Leads, to conduct telephonic or Direct meeting Companies HR for the Tie-ups & presenting potential of our company & bringing on board by discussing terms & commercials.
** Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
** Maintaining good relations with all clients by constantly being in touch and taking feedbacks & follow ups.

Key Skills : Good command over English (oral and written), other languages would be added advantage.
Ability to adapt to any group of people,Individualflexible. Good Convincing skills. Good learner, willing to work hard, and keep up values and leadership ability.
