The Qualified candidates of ECET – 2013 who have participated and not participated in 1st Phase of counseling are informed that final Phase of web counseling will be conducted on 22-07-2013 & 23-07-2013.

Eligible Candidates of ECET-2013 (all branches) of the following categories are informed to exercise the options on 22-07-2013 & 23-07-2013 using their old passwords for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in process of allotment, from Help Line Centre or Internet facility (Café/Home).

Who can exercise options?
** Candidates who have secured seats but not interested to join.
** Who have not secured seats so far.
** Who have not exercised the options so far.
** Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.
** Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their 1st Phase allotment.

Note: Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh.

Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment. Candidates who have not attended for Certificate Verification earlier should get their Certificates verified from any one of the 27 Help Line Centres (See Annexure-I) on 22.07.2013 and exercise their options.

However, the Special Category Candidates (Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) who were not verified their Certificates earlier should get their certificates verified at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad only. Allotments will be placed on the website on 24.07.2013 after 6 PM. For vacancies and other details please visit: apecet.nic.in . It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding. Candidates who have reported in the colleges shall also verify whether their joining is updated by college or not by following the link “View joining details” in the Candidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.

Alerts :
For security reasons it is advisable that :
** More than one candidate should not login from the same Computer/ Browser at the same time. After completing options entry, Always LOGOUT properly and close the Browser.
** All candidates can exercise options for minority institutions. However allotment to them will be made subject to availability of seats after exhausting concerned minority students.
