    Attention: 2013 Batch Applicants for INSPIRE Scholarship

    We trust the results of your Class XII examinations have been announced. By virtue of being among top 1% in your Board, you would have received the ‘Eligibility Note’ from your Board along with the Mark Sheet.

    Please note that this ‘Eligibility Note’ issued by your Board is only to inform you about your eligibility to apply for INSPIRE scholarship, provided you have secured admission in any College or University or academic institution at the undergraduate or five year integrated post-graduate science course in the year 2013, in any of the following science subjects only:

    (1) Physics, (2) Chemistry, (3) Mathematics, (4) Biology, (5) Statistics, (6) Geology, (7) Astrophysics, (8) Astronomy, (9) Electronics, (10) Botany, (11) Zoology, (12) Bio-chemistry, (13) Anthropology, (14) Microbiology, (15) Geophysics, (16) Geochemistry, (17) Atmospheric Sciences and (18) Oceanic Sciences, either as major/honours or their combination in BSc/Integrated MSc/Integrated MS course.

    It is informed that the notification for the Call for applications for INSPIRE Scholarship for 2013 Batch students is likely to appear in mid-July 2013 in newspapers and also on our website www.inspire-dst.gov.in.
