Minor & Major Project : Designing of Chip Model of integer N divider using 180nm CMOS Technology (Schematic & Layout Design).

Description : The Project propose a mod-240 (i.e. mod-15 * mod-16) frequency divider circuit which adopts D-type positive-edge triggered flip-flop to design the circuit for high performance frequency divider. This is suitable for high speed PLL circuits and can work at a low supply. The integer-N frequency divider is designed in a standard CMOS 180nm technology using GPDK 180. The CADENCE simulation results show the capability of high-frequency operation at 2.4GHz at 1.8 V power supply.
ACHIEVEMENTS :-
- A good and consistent academic performance throughout college and school level.
- Have played state level basketball tournament in 2005.
- Participated in tech fest held at DIMAT and made model on 4 bit ALU using VHDL software programming language.
- Participated in many sports events & won prizes.
- Raised funds for HELPAGE INDIA – was 2nd highest fund collector.
