Job Description
1.Leads a Team of CAD Engineers to guide them for completion of Engineering Projects/Assignments
2.Plans and controls time and resources required to successfully complete the task in hand.
3.Works on CAD and directing CAD operations, test/prototype technicians to complete the tasks on hand to meet the project’s objectives.
4.Understands and uses extensively all seat safety standards, material specifications and seat related manufacturing practices.
5.Provides innovations in arriving at new designs and solutions to problems.
6.Displays good ability in communication and Teamwork building skills
7.Ensures compliance with BOS / TBEM/TS16949/HSE&E 14001 Procedures and systems.
8.Achieving specific objectives established with the Engineering Manager and GM-Engineering
9.Trains / shares knowledge with Other Cad Operators/Design Engineers
10.Responsible for controlling program’s engineering budgets & expenses.

Desired Candidate Profile
1.Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Post Graduation in Business Management is preferred & Automotive experience at least of 6 years
