Job Description
- Perform feasibility study of CRE ideas
- Release ER & implementation of CRE ideas
- Closer of PPAPs
- Implement solutions to resolve field complaints based on inputs from marketing & quality
- Make field visits for problem solving/ analysis
- Provides support to other areas like alternate source development, supply module, assembly line, MUSA, other plants, ROW
- Prepare 3D drawings of existing components related to transmission using design software like IDEAS, UG NX.
- Resolve issues related to part fitments, improvements related to reduction in assembly time or standardization
- Perform IQS/QIT related product improvements
- Complete CMVR and statutory requirement compliance
- Perform batch testing of tractors, making tractors as per Budani requirements
- Implement features requirements as per market need
- Co-ordinate with product quality and marketing for problem selection from warranty data
- Establish a tracking mechanism for customer and field complaints and suggest corrective actions
- Co-ordinate with CAE and Testing & Evaluation for simulation of failures
- Release of engineering changes in PDM system
- Develop technical competency in the group

Tractor Transmission Knowledge
Knowledge on material selection and heat treatment specification.
Basic knowledge on hydraulics.

Ability to work in the CFT
Ability to handle the project independently.
