Job Description :
Development and design of test plans
Receiving and interpretation of error reports from the clients
Interpretation and documentation of error reports from clients
Creation and design of test scenarios for the testing of software programs
Development and implementation of software program functionality/regression tests
Preparation of reports on defects and problems that arise during software tests
Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software

Knowledge of SQL

Total experience should be in web based projects. Should have experience of handling a team of 4-8 developers.
Job Description :
ASP.Net, C#, Dot Net framework 3.5
SQL Server 2008: Indexing, Replication, XQuery, Optimization in terms of load and performance.
Should be well versed with JQuery, AJAX, Web services, SQL Reporting services, JavaScript, XML, LINQ , WCF/WPF, Events/Delegates, Performance enhancement of application for high load.
Knowledge of JSON, Design Patterns, MVC Architecture, SharePoint services, webparts would be an added advantage.
Desired Qualifications / Certifications :
BE/B Tech/MCA
Person from Win Form experience not required. Microsoft Certification and person having knowledge of latest technology are preferable.

3) Senior Business Analyst: Delhi
Job Description : Good knowledge of Web development, Requirement understanding, Requirement gathering, documentation, UML and Quality Assurance of final delivery.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Mandatory :
The candidate should have good knowledge of analyzing marketing / business requirements and interpreting the same from a technology perspective.
The candidate's main responsibility is to act as the translator that interprets the requirements of the business unit into the project definition that the IT group can use to build a successful solution. NetCarrots has its own software platforms which are typically deployed for clients in various industries such as Retail, Automotive, Ecommerce, Hospitality, Real estate, Manufacturing, etc. This requires at times understanding the business processes of the client as well as 3rd party system and services being used by the client. Projects as well vary from large implementation projects where an entire detailed analysis needs to be carried out and to smaller projects where clients require modifications to existing project implementations.
The candidate should be involved in business analysis for multiple simultaneous projects for at least last 3 years.
