Job Description:
** To handle the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent for Software Development positions.
** To implement the best recruitment plans and processes for fulfilling hiring needs.
** To design an Induction Program for new employees
** To develop, monitor and optimize the HR Processes / Policies / Programs
** To update the Company Guidelines as and when required and communicate the same to employees
** To maintain the attendance and leave records of the employees.
** To handle the employee grievances
** To organize the welfare and recreational activities for the employees including company outings / functions.
** To design and implement performance appraisal system.
** Shall be responsible for the Exit interviews and to handle full and final salary settlements.
Skills Required:
** The candidates must have minimum two years of experience. Preferably in a Software Development Company.
** The candidate must have good written and oral communication skills.
** The candidate should be excellent in interpersonal relations.
** The candidate should be meticulous, detailed, well-organized and capable of working independently and must have a pleasing personality.
