Requirements for building application : (up to 10m high building)
** Building application duly signed by owner, builder, architect, and engineer
** Declaration forms duly signed by owner and attested by Gazetted Officer
** Licence copy of architect / engineer
** Town Survey record from MRO
** Previous Sanctioned Plan
** ULC clearance for above 1000 sq m
** ULC affidavit (below 1000 sq m)
** Ownership documents (two sets attested by Gazetted Officer)
** Linked documents (attested by Gazetted Officer)
** Upto date property tax receipt
** Rs 20 Non-judicial stamp paper
** Building plans (1+5) duly signed by owner, architect, and structural engineer

Requirements for building application : (above 10m high building)
** Building application duly signed by owner, builder, architect, and engineer
** Declaration forms duly signed by owner and attested by Gazetted Officer
** Licence copy of architect / engineer
** Previous Sanctioned Plan
** NOC from Joint Collector
** Land use certificate from HUDA
** Feasibility certificate from HMWW & SB
** NOC from AAI if applicable
** ULC clearance for above 1000 sq m
** ULC affidavit (below 1000 sq m)
** Soil testing report
** Structural Stability Certificate
** a)Structural Drawings
** b) Ownership documents (two sets attested by Gazetted Officer)
** a)Linked documents (attested by Gazz. Officer)
** b)Upto date property tax receipt
** Rs 20 Non-judicial stamp paper
** Undertaking Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper duly stating whether the construction is taken up by the owner
** Declaration-cum-undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper from the owner and builder
** Undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper by owner, builder, architect, and structural engineer (duly notarised)
** Undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper jointly by owner and builder seeking occupancy certificate (duly notarised)

** Joint undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper for not stocking building materials on road margins, not to enclose balconies, usage of parking, payment of special sanitation charges, garbage charges, and not to increase number of units

We are planning to purchase land/plot measuring to 200 sq.yds from the member of the Sri Bhavana Rishi Housing society. Please advise if I can buy the property at survey number of 154 , 155,156,157,158 of Kapra village KESARA MANDAL , which is covered under SOCIETY land OF Registered sale deed and same is regularized under regulation of unapproved layout /plot sy no 154 to 162 , a66 ,161 & 188 of kapra vide proceeding no: LRS/13111/C3/ez/ghmc/2008 Dt 30.01.2010.as per G.O ms No: 902 , But it is not clear whether it is final approved layout or tentative layout, and at this layout of plot ,there is no building permission.How to get Building permission.
The issue is already we made agreement with seller and paid FIRST INSTALLMENT cash . Please let me KNOW the status of LRS ?AND IF ANY
