Flash Artist :
** Design and development of innovative learning products based on simulation and/or gaming approach.
** The primary design tool is Flash supported by XML and Web programming technologies.
** We are therefore looking for resources with strong programming skills and experience in Flash Action Script.
** Must be able to Integrate data with Flash & Scripting knowledge Experience in XML & HTML Defect Reporting & Tracking Sound Forge would be an advantage.
** Experience in Action Script 3.0 + experience in Action Script 2.0.Knowledge on HTML, JavaScript, XML & CSS.
** Should have high creative thinking.
** Should have good comprehension skill and problem solving.
** Working as a key resource in our online game development division.
** Games development using Flash 8.0/MX atleast.
** Interacting with Creative team, Graphic artists, product manager & backend integration team to identify and develop online games for various demographics.
** Development experience in Flex.
** Good technical understanding of on screen graphic production Thorough knowledge of bitmap animation optimization techniques & flash animation optimization.
** Familiarity with Technical Graphic terms.
** Advance skills in Adobe CS4 (PS, AI, Fl) and working knowledge of AE, and PR.
** Should have some basic programming understanding of AS3 or JavaScript.
** Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with ability to work in geographically distributed multi-disciplinary teams

Commercial Artist :
** He / She should have done GD Arts / BFA or have experience in Sketching / Classical Animation.
** Create classical character animations using predefined libraries within the defined style and according to the storyboard.
** Convert raw animation into usable multimedia.
** Should have pleasing personality, effective communication skills and sound technical knowledge of Graphics, Multimedia, sketching, 2D/3D Animation, Web Designing software thoroughly.
** Should be a good visualiser, DTP operator, good knowledge of photoshop ,corel draw and pagemaker.

Assistant / Co-ordinator :
** Repairs and Maintenance of the facility.
** Job allocation to Staff members.
** Schedule for maintenance of Assets.
** Client visits
** Payment Request
** Cheques Followup.
** Preparing Provision Report and Monthly Cost Report.
** Monthly Cost Allocation Statement
** Monthly Petty Cash Statement.
** Daily update the records, making bills, invoice following with sales engineers.
** Check in the daily updates of the Sales people.
** And must have a good experience in SALES.
** Responsible for the solicitation by contacting meeting planners associated with various targeted market segments within assigned markets and to achieve personal sales goals.
** Responsible for planning, attending and follow-up of trade shows and marketplaces to develop sales leads and generate future business.
** Coordinate and arrange visits for potential business for assigned markets.
** Maintain and distribute sales reports.
** Prepare monthly status report.
** Maintain Staff details.
** List of promotional activities.
** Monitoring Projects in the pipeline.

AutoCAD Draftsmen :
** Candidate must be Well verse with Architectural layouts.
** Must be able to create Floor plans, Elevation, perspective drawing, 3d models individually.
** Grasping quickly and effectively the design instructions and requirements of seniors and converting them to drawings/views.
** Drafting high quality detailed plans, elevations and sections / detailed working drawings/presentation drawings in AutoCAD / 3D Studio as per instructions.
