Solution Architect :
What You’ll be doing:
You need to be problem solver, do you think you can use technology to solve business requirements.
So if you were good at playing LEGO and you understand your blocks in this domain.
We are looking for an engineer with good knowledge of open source technologies and find multiple solutions to one problem using open source tools.
He/She should also have good comparative knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle technologies.
Where you will be: Delhi/Kolkata
Bare Minimum Qualification: Graduate in CS/IT
What we’ll Pay: 15-18K
What we’re Looking:
** Software Engineering – its Theory subject you should be practical about it.
** Should have used some good Project Management tool and teach us.
** Excellent analytical skills, problem solving ability and proactive approach – standard line.
** Good interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills – another standard line
** Be ready to take calls at 1AM and start coding, cause we expect your team to abandon you.
** Excellent attention Coding standards and implementing them.
** You should understand PHP, Python, Java and PJs – we do have lack in humour.
** And should be able to tell Us – Dude that’s wrong, let get it right.
What we’re Not Looking: A fresher.

Creative Lead :
What You’ll be doing:
** We are in search for technologist who is in love with arts.
** A good understanding of computer graphics and internet branding.
** The person will be required to make design maps and marketing concepts on his/her designs.
** A good knowledge of website design and vector graphics and photography.
Where you will be: Delhi/Kolkata/We Don’t Care
Bare Minimum Qualification: Doesn't matter as long as you are skilled.
What we’ll Pay: 5-6K
What we’re Looking:
** A very good hands on with graphic software like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Inkscape, GIMP.
** Can make and conceptualize internet friendly design artefacts.
** Excellent colour understanding along with brand and campaign ideologies.
** Good interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills
** A strong commitment to meet deadlines and deliver above expectations
** Excellent attention to detail, passion and enthusiasm to do well
** Self-motivated, positive attitude
What we’re Not Looking:
** Someone who cannot turn paper into pdf.
** Who is not updated with movies.

Web Developer :
What You’ll be doing:
** We are looking for an enthusiastic web developer with some experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), Ajax, XML, Search Engine Optimization and CMS (like Wordpress, Magento).
** You will be working as a lead developer & designer to develop a broad range of digital solutions with a prime focus on website with client – server applications.
** Salary will be as per industry standards.
Where you will be: Delhi/Kolkata/We Don’t Care
Bare Minimum Qualification: 10+2 will do – if your upto
What we’ll Pay: we’ll spare your life + 7-10K
What we’re Looking:
** A good understanding of web – phone call will come with questions.
** A small portfolio – 2 good works that will impress us.
** Good with documenting the code, and very good with CSS
** HTML5 nothing less and Holy PHP – you should know why it is “Holy”
** At least knowledge of Wordpress, else just leave it.
** You should be able handle your mess life and be on time.
** We don’t have age restrictions but yeah we do respect even a 10 year old, so do follow the suit.
** Self-motivated, positive attitude
What we’re Not Looking:
** One who knows that he is engineer – we will make you one that’s why.
** Who is waiting to find a AC cubicle – but don’t worry we will get you that – still no cubicle.
