Position 1: Project Engineers
Job Description :
** Design of plant and equipment for edible oil refining and bio-diesel processes.
** Project executions from the design, plant/equipment delivery to commissioning and handover..
** Procurement of technical equipment for projects.
** Assist in pre-projecting and sales of process solution.
** To be based in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) or Pune (India) or Shanghai (China)

Requirements :
** Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
** Preferably with more than 2 years experience in edible oil processing or chemical process operations and/or in engineering services for Hydrocarbon processing.
** Technically competent in mechanical design, engineering analysis and project executions.
** Selection and hands on experience in process equipment such as heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, filters, chiller, control instruments, etc.
** Experience in Process vessels design and fabrication procedure.
** Able to work independently and interact well as part of an integrated sales/project team.
** Willing to travel overseas when required.

Project Title : Methane production from kitchen waste.

Description :
For methane production we use the waste from the canteen. By maintaining the pH of the slurry we produce methane and minimises the CO2. Here we adopt water scrubbing method for CO2 removal.
Also we adopt anaerobic condition for gas production. The main objective of this research is to employ anaerobic digestion process as a sustainable technology for digesting the vegetable wastes, produced in large amounts during harvesting, handling, transportation, storage, marketing and processing, and to provide the renewable source of energy as well as to reduce the potential greenhouse gas emission
