Provide consultation to new & follow-up patients under the care of Medical Director. Improving customer relations & customer satisfaction index.

Qualification:
** MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, Graduates,
** Knowledge of Medical General Medicine and knowledge of Customer Service & Public Relations

Client Coordinators (Receptionist):
Profile:
** Attend all enquiries, fix appointments, receive guests at the clinic.
** Ensure customer satisfaction, Data entry of consultation formats & guest feedback forms, database updation & management.
** Confirmation of appointments & treatments.
** Ensuring timely & responsible opening & closing of the clinic.
** Maintain CRM, hygiene & cleanliness in the reception area.
Qualification:
** Knowledge of the hospitality industry, computer proficiency - MS Office, Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati & Marathi.
** Good communication & presentation skills & Customer Relation Skills a must.
Experience: 1 - 2 years

Skin Therapist:
Profile:
** Certification as a skin-practitioner with atleast 2 month training program at any well known training institute on advanced skin services Administer
** advanced skin care services like micro current, micro dermabrasion, laser etc Ensure high level of customer service.
Qualification:
** Graduates/Under-graduates(minimum 12th pass) may apply. Pleasing personality & good communication skills is a must.
** Candidates with 1-3 years experience in retail/beauty & wellness industry will be preferred
Experience: 1-2 years in the field of Skin & Aesthetic
