Designation/Title : Tally Support Executive

Key responsibilities :
** Understanding the query of customer.
** Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.
** Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on remote basis as required.
** Documentation as per company standard.
** Reports to be generated as per standard.

Years of Experience : Minimum 12 months, Fresher with Good academics can also apply

Qualification : Tally.ERP Knowledge.

Competencies :
** Strong communication in English, Hindi, Marathi
** Should be flexible
** Should be ambitious
