Job Summary:
To interact and coordinate with bankers on excess cash disposition, bank charges reduction, process improvements, and resolving day to day issues
To work towards best payment/collection mechanism in the industry with competitive cost
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Daily BRS of bank accounts
Daily MIS to relevant stakeholders on BRS and other activities
Providing required MIS to Management related to banking activities
To work closely with HO Operations and Branches to guide them and resolve their day to day query on money realisation and related matters
Interact with Ops Finance Team on day to day basis
Coordination and completion of Audits including Statutory, GAAP, SOX Compliance
To put adequate controls on day to day transaction handling to ensure that process gaps are identified and bridged
Review and Automation of processes on banking activities
Chalk out plans to have minimum balances in the bank account and simultaneously meeting regulatory compliances
Proactively track changes in the banking industry and provide information which impacts company
Supervise Banking Team
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Title: Deputy Manager - Cost

Job Summary:
Analysing the Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) to check the viability of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in generation of effective cost management MIS, driving of various cost campaign across organization and tracking cost saving initiatives.
Benchmarking the operating expenses with competitions and assist to identify key operating metrics along with cost drivers across industry.
Assist in the preparation and submission of various MIS to anlayse the rational of spend, variance analysis with budget and previous period figures and highlighting the exception/ gray area for cost saving.
Assist supervisor in establishing and measure productivity metrics across organisation.
Analysing the Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) to check the viability of the projects.
Assist in developing standard tools and processes for collating information from various sources to ensure integrity of the information/ data collected.
Assist in preparation of customized MIS for various functions like IT, Facility, Marketing, operation to meet requirements of actual vs budget, planning spend, variance analysis.
Extracting the information/ data from accounting system and analyse & commentary on the same.
Support in month end closing of Capex Management unit and reporting to MSIJ (MitsuiSumitomo Insurance Japan) on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
Desired Competencies:
Proficiency on working in MS – Office (High on Excel & Power Point and working knowledge of Microsoft Access)
Good knowledge of Accounting practices and standards
