Receptionist :
Duties:
** Directing visitors to their destinations
** Receiving Couriers, postal mails and Sorting
** Answering incoming calls
** Setting appointments
** Filing
** Records Keeping
** keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing or emailing
** Reminders
** Observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities
** Employee attendance report generation and present to accountant
** Marking Leaves
** Ordering/Reordering Consumables such as Stationary, Coffee Powder etc.
Skills:
** Good Communication skills both in English and Malayalam, Attentiveness, a well groomed appearance,
** Initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality and discretion, a positive attitude and dependability.

Business Development Executives :
Duties:
** The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for the Company’s creative solutions and services prepare the Business Development Plan.
** Increase the company’s involvement with existing client Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
** Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services.
** Further develop relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
** Build referral and lead generation network.
** Understanding client requirements and draft proposals/packages to meet their specific needs the role will involve travel as well.
Skills:
** Graduate we are seeking people who are dynamic, passionate, action oriented and keen on making a difference.
** Prior sales/business development experience in IT/Software industry is a prerequisite.
