Software Engineer : Fresher/Intern
Number of Positions: 3
Requirements:
** B.E/M.Sc fresher/pursuing preferred in Computer Science, or related field with strong background in numerical analysis, algorithms
** Hands on experience of developing academic projects is a must. Students, who haven’t themselves developed academic projects, please excuse.
** MVC experience/knowledge is a plus
** Excellent knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript)
** Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
** Design, code and debug applications in ASP.NET 4.0 (MVC 3.0), SQL Server 2008
** Report to the team leader to get requirements on continuous basis

Marketing Executive : Fresher/Intern
Number of Positions: 4
Requirements:
** MBA fresher/pursuing preferred in Marketing
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Ability to present the software product to single or a group of probable customers
** Good knowledge of Pune’s retail market is a plus
** Strong communication skills in languages – English and Hindi and/or Marathi
** Must have a pleasant personality
Responsibilities:
** Give presentations of eCommerce application to various retailers from Pune city to sell them the service
** Travel to retailers’ shops in Pune city and do one to one marketing or identify groups of retailers and present them the eCommerce service
** Identify and meet the large groups of buyers (ex: townships, housing societies) from Pune as well as suburbs, and present them the eCommerce service to establish a tie up with them

Customer Support Executive :
Number of Positions: 4
Requirements:
** Any graduate having good computer operating knowledge
** eCommerce customer support experience is a plus
** Must have ability to understand flow and features of web application
** Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in languages – English and Hindi and/or Marathi
** Must want to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
** Must have empathy for the customers situation
Responsibilities:
** Handle back end operations for customers
** Provide phone and email support to customers who are users of eCommerce system
** Perform few critical tasks having impact on finances
