** Installation/ Commissioning / Service Support for all our products.
** Responding to and resolving Customer Complaints.
** Ensuring service deliverables in service territory.
** Monitor and improve Customer satisfaction and Customer Retention.
Experience : Fresher or 1-2 yrs of servicing knowledge. Good understanding of basic Electronics

Designation : Sales Engineer
Job Description :
** Knowledge in basics of electronics (Analog & Digital), customer interaction,
** Understanding system requirements, providing cutting-edge solutions,
** Preparing techno-commercial proposals and product definition for design and creating datasheets.
** Candidates should possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Experience : B. E Fresher or 1-2 Yr Experience in Mil Aero, Defense & PSUs
Functional Area : Techno-commercial Marketing
Education :BE (ECE)/BE (EEE)/BE (E&I) or DIPLOMA with 1-2 Yr Experience
