RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF JUNIOR ACCOUNTANTS CASTEGORY –IV IN A.P. MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTS SUBORDINATE SERVICE

It is hereby informed that the candidates with the following register numbers have been provisionally picked up for verification of Original Certificates on dt:22/06/2013 at10.30 A.M. onwards at O/o A.P. Public Service Commission, Prathibha Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad subject to fulfilling the conditions regarding eligibility other aspects of the recruitment. The candidates are required to download the Call Letter (Memo), Two Checklists, Two Attestation Forms & Other relevant formats and produce the Original Certificates as mentioned below along with one set of Photostat Copies along with 2 passport size photos duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

1. Date of Birth (SSC Or its equivalent)

2. Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government servant (Regular Service Certificate from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh/NCC Instructor certificate/Retrenched Census service certificate.

3. Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the Concerned M.R.O./R.D.O.)

4. School Study Certificate from 4th to 10th class if studied in school or residence Certificate issued by the MRO in case of private study seven years including and prior to SSC.

5. Original Qualification Certificates (SSC & Degree Certificates)

6. Two Attestation Forms in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate and attested by Gazetted Officer.

7. Hall Ticket of the Written Examination held on 18.11.2012.

8. Two Passport size photographs.

9. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Certificates, the candidature of such candidate/candidates shall be cancelled at any stage in the process of selection.

10. The Candidates must note that his/her admission to the verification of certificates is purely provisional and should not be construed as final selection.
