** Handle and resolve customer complaints.
** Provide customers with product and service information.
** Process orders, forms and applications.
** Identify and escalate priority issues.
** Route calls to appropriate resource.
** Follow up customer calls where necessary.
** Complete calls logs.
** Complete calls reports.
