Content Developer : Fresher
Qualification: Any Graduate with Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Working experience in instructional models, effective design approaches, industry standards and, and who likes multi-tasking, and Quality Conscious.
Role:
** Design and develop instructional materials. analyze client requirements and translate them into course design
** Create content such as assessment, introduction and summaries.
** Analyze raw content, create course structures, and for WBT courses.
** Review and edit storyboards and other documents using track changes.
** Coordinate with Graphics team during production and development phase.

Flash Developer : Fresher
Qualification:
** Any Graduate with experience in developing e-Learning Content Solutions using various tools/technologies.
** Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Flash development and have knowledge of Flash graphics optimization techniques.
** Demonstrate ability to develop courses based on storyboards/ Photoshop compositions.
** Have knowledge of bandwidth limitations and browser compatibility issues.
** Have experience with dynamically generated, interactive content
** Have solid user interface design and usability experience.
** Have the ability to work within tight deadlines.
** Demonstrate proficiency working with Adobe Photoshop.

PHP Programmer : Fresher
Qualification:
** Any Graduate with good knowledge of PHP with added skills in XHTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript core, PHP, MySQL. JQuery.
** Should have knowledge about web Applications and Progamming Principles.
** Be able to work on client projects.
** .Net and SQL server knowledge will be a plus point.
** Prior experience with open source tools and databases would be an added advantage.

Multimedia Designer : Fresher
Qualification:
** Any graduate with excellent designing and visualizing skills to work on concepts.
** Candidate should be proficient in Photoshop CS, Indesign CS, Illustrator and Flash.
Should be able to:
** Analyze requirements and propose design strategies and solutions.
** Interact with team and work upon design request.
** Should be able to work under tight deadline.
** Prior experience of web and graphic designing would be added advantage.
