HR Manager :
** HR Manager must ensure that the HR Process i.e. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance, Training and all Statutory compliances
** Including ESI/PF/Labour Contracts etc where ever applicable are handled at executive level.
** He/She should have hands on experience on PMS(Performance Management System) and should liaison with the government officials (labour commissioner etc) to ensure that all the statutory compliances are coordinated and completed on time.
** The candidate must be ensuring good track and relationship with all the associates at site to ensure that the attrition levels are less than 20 %.
** The candidate should coordinate with the department heads and process the calculation of the performance pay components of salary of the associates and advice the same to accounts for release of incentives after the approval from CEO

** Candidates with 2-3 years of experience, should have certification in CCNA/CCNP+ Linux+ Perl/shell scripting (added plus).
** You should knowledge on different technology or product apart from Cisco (Sonic Firewall, Wan accelerators, F5, Juniper Netscreen, Blue coat etc) will be a plus

Content Writers :
** Candidates with 2-3 years of experience, responsible for managing the contents for online Portal, Products, Reviews, Blogs and Online News Articles etc.
** Core activities that include coordination with the development team for managing the corporate website
** The person should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
** Must have excellent team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude

Marketing Manager : IT Services
