** Candidates should have have min 3 months upto 1 year of end to end experience in the field of IT recruitment.
** Desired profiles should be well versed with scanning the right candidates, calling them, scheduling the interviews,
** tracking the candidates and follow up them till placed.
** The candidates should have excellent communication skills and self motivated.

TeleCallers :
** Desired candidates will be calling to the perspective candidates for job assistance and convey about the the current openings that we are hiring now.
** The candidates will have to call about 100-120 different job seekers per day and communicate about the job opportunities they they can fit into.
