Job Requirements :
** 2-3 years working as Technical resourcer / recruiter.
** Any Graduate with a diploma/PG diploma course in computers or Software/ IT related technologies.
Preferable : MBA (HR).
** Effective communication skills (Both verbal and Written) and excellent Interpersonal skills.
** Willingness to work in US timings (Night shifts).
Job Description :
** The ideal candidate must have atleast 2 years of hardcore experience as Technical Resourcer in a similar role.
** Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
** Should have end-to-end resourcing life cycle experience with progressive track record.
Desired Skills :
** Sourcing qualified candidates within time limits using traditional and creative sourcing techniques.
** Extensive experience in using Job-boards like Dice.com, Monster etc.
** Smart negotiation skills, negotiating the rates with consultants and employers as applicable.
** Review contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and payment terms.
** Strong knowledge of US geography and familiarity with US tax terms.
** Should have good understanding of W2, 1099 and corp-to-corp.
** Developed relationships with consultants and vendors.
** Establish rapport and level of trust with identified candidates throughout the screening, submittal, negotiation, referencing and placement process.
** Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
** Maintaining database of IT Resources.

Software Engineer/Telecom Engineer :

Required Academic Qualifications:
** Graduate with B.Tech / B.Sc (Electronics) / BCA
** Postgraduate is preferable with M.Tech / MCA

Required IT/Telecom/ Domain Expertise (Knowledge):
1. Telecom Technology : VOIP,GSM,VAS
a. Routing : Protocals (SIP,H.323,IAX)
b. Signalling : ISDN, SIP,SS7,Analog & Digital
c. Programming: C,C++,Php, Java, My Sql
2. Linux: Centos/Fedora/Ubuntu/Suse/Red Hat
3. Data Network: LAN,WAN
4. Data base : Mysql / post gre- Sql / Oracle
5. Web Technology : Java, .net,php,joomla, flash and others
6. IT / Telecom Hardware knowledge

** Candidate should have average of 2-3 years experience in open source, Voice and Data technologies, and telecom platforms. Candidate with data network back ground are preferred

Focus & abilities:
** Working with open source LAMP(Linux,Apache,Mysql,PhP), Telecom protocols & functionality in software development.
** Software platform development for VAS applications such as IVRS,SMS and other functionality.
** Installation &Configuration of open source telephony systems such as asterisk, gnugk, openpbx and others.
** Should have experience working with proprietary and open source telephony hardware such as Digium, dialogic, sangoma and others.
** Should have good understanding on telecom routing & signaling protocols such as sip,h.323 and other IMS(IP multi media subset) protocols, ISDN,CAS,SS7,SIP and other signaling protocols.
** Good understanding of data network protocols and network topologies.
** Essentially should have good knowledge and interest in telecom and ability to learn quickly on upcoming requirements.
