Technical Recruiter :
Experience: 2 – 5 yrs
Job Description:
** Minimum 2-5 years in US I.T. Recruitment (Multiple Openings for Sr. & Mid-Level Recruiters)
** Should have good geographical understanding of US location, various job roles, tax terms and visa types
** Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CareerBuilder, Net Temps, Linked In etc.) Familiar with social networks
** Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
** Proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel
** Will need to work in the partial EST Time Zone or India 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM
** Technically proficient in all aspects of end to end recruitment
** Build relationships with third party sources for resumes
** Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a Sense of Urgency
** Work closely with the team of Recruiters and Account Managers in the U.S. to fully understand the requirement
** Negotiate salaries with candidates, negotiate pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must

Business Development Manager :
Experience: 4 – 8 yrs
Job Description:
** To be responsible for building new business relationships and expanding the business opportunities.
** This includes development of new accounts and new business to existing accounts and build alliances with corporate business partners.
** Result oriented smart individual, familiar with the internet and done marketing using web 2.0 tools (Google, Linkedin, etc)
** Prior experience in business development for solutions and consulting sales
** Strong knowledge of IT methodologies
** Familiar with consulting model with ability to identify opportunities in different industries and geographies
** Good planning and implementing strategies with comprehensive understanding of operations in recruitment
** Proven skills in high-level write-ups and Proposal Making
** Conduct market research to determine market requirements and competitors
** Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business/leads.
** Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
** Make calls to existing and potential clients for offshore services
** Self starter and work independently with minimal supervision
** Work on doing research analysis of existing leads and creating new leads from events
** Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm
