** We are looking to place consultants experienced in any IT field – Java developers, .Net developers, C/C++, Oracle DBA, SQL Server DBA, SAP, People Soft, Oracle Apps, CRM, Business Analysts, Data stage, Data warehouse, Business Intelligence, etc.,
** We are a large staffing firm based in Jersey City downtown. We are looking to hire multiple senior recruiters for IT and Non-IT Staffing. We currently serve over 50 fortune 500 firms.
** We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters (4) to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive Sales team. The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate life cycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.

The ideal candidate must have :
** At least 7 years of total (sale/ HR/ recruiting) with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a similar role for US market.
** Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
** Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
** Strong communication and inter personal skills
** Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
** We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with TWO strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive Sales team. The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate life cycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.

The ideal candidate must have :
** At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter and/or selling Staff augmentation services to channel partners.
** sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
** excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
** strong communication and inter personal skills
** ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
** A desire to earn 100k or more.
** Candidates must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven and consistent track record with similar industry experience.
** Position is available immediately and offers an opportunity to earn an attractive compensation package. The office environment is small but very fast-paced. Multi-tasking and high organization skills are key to succeed.
** Must have knowledge of recruiting. Qualified candidates must demonstrate experience in delivering high quality service to customers and candidates by matching skills to customer needs. Responsibilities include interviewing potential candidates, staying abreast of current industry trends and great customer service skills. Experienced with Internet recruiting tools, networking, and direct headhunting is required. Candidate must possess a desire for success; have a competitive spirit, a professional manner, great listening skills as well as excellent oral and presentation skills.
** A minimum of three years’ experience managing the full candidate life cycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing Proven track record recruiting technical talent from the systems integration consulting industry and through your established network Effective negotiation and closing skills

Linux Admin :
Skills Must have: Strong Jboss, Apache Tomcat, and some Redhat Linux, Web sphere (or Web logic), Java/J2EE experience
Responsibilities:
** Systems Architecture Provide technical expertise in the analysis and design tasks related to web hosting and middle ware infrastructure
** Investigate and apply best security practices to maintain confidentiality,
** Integrity and availability of the environment and data
Systems Administration: Perform installation, configuration and system administration of the web hosting platform, applications and middle ware components
Infrastructure Operations:
** Serve as a liaison between the web development and infrastructure operations teams, with production control responsibility.
** Evaluate the risk of change related activities.
** Administer deployments, promote changes to production.
** Engineer and support automation of deployments, configuration changes, etc.
** Manage and monitor SLAs for up time and performance
** Manage capacity Function as a technical expert in problem resolution for middle ware infrastructure hardware and software issues 24x7x365 on-call responsibility
Knowledge/Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
