    Quality Manger JD:
    1. To conceptualize an effective Quality Monitoring Strategy for Voice processes to adopt and eventually achieve higher productivity levels Identify opportunities to improve process and initiate action to implement these (where appropriate) to deliver the highest possible level of customer service with the highest possible efficiency Relationships with clients and providing value added customer service, ensuring quality and service norms.
    2. Barze the call and give the feedback for the inaccuracy of call and try to correct it further, call calibration,
    3. To give the detail of call to higher authority Understand organizational complexity and priorities and incorporates knowledge into project design and management.
    4. Ensures that work identifies and responds to root cause issues and structures work accordingly.
    5. Analysis of report including process dashboard and team performance reports and initiating action plans Drive and implement process improvement initiatives to achieve business goals Facilitate Metrics data collection & analysis, perform root cause analysis and defect prevention activities Actively measure the performance of the team and ensure all action plans and deliverables are met within the agreed time frames.
    6. All meetings and action plans will be documented using contact reports which are managed and disseminated accordingly.
    Minimum Skills:
    Overall experience:
    1. 6 - 7 years;
    2. Experience as QAAM of at least 3 years in a domestic/international BPO (call center experience/back office experience as relevant)
    3. Domain experience mandatory Good communication skills (QA to be proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi)
    4. Team Management skills Proficient in MS excel Interview
    skills tests :
    1. Excel test (includes reports, graphs, analysis,RCA methdology - case study)
    2. Call evaluation round of domain specific calls The thresholds for each of the tests will be shared along with the tests
