Skills Needed :
** Very good programming skills in Java.
** Experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of object oriented (OO) concept based** applications.

Flex Developer :
Position : 2
Experience : 2 to 4 Years
Job Summary :
** We are looking for Flex Developers having 2-4 years of experience to work with us for our Pune location.
** Flex Developer is responsible for designing, development, deployment, enhancement and maintenance of new generation Flex Applications.
Qualification :
** Minimum of 2 years of Flex development experience is required.
** Candidate must be B.E./B.Tech./MCA with Computer Science.
** Must have excellent communication skills.
** Must have good aptitude and learning curve.
** Capability to develop applications based on the requirements and design specifications.
** Motivated to work in a iterating and result oriented environment and able to commit to deadlines.
** Team player with the ability to work in a constructive direction for team, company and personal growth.
Skills Needed :
** Hands on experience on Adobe Flex Builder (Version 3 or Version 4), Flex Charting and Reporting.
** Knowledge of custom components development in Flex using MXML and Action Script 3.
** Knowledge of Cairngorm, Pure MVC Architecture and BlazeDS.
** Knowledge of Generic Action Script Classes and Flex Catalyst.
** Responsible for Build process.
** Working knowledge of Java.
** Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, IBatis.
** Responsible for integrating Flex with Java.
** Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
** Knowledge of relational databases is a plus.
** Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
