Candidate profile :
The desired candidate profile spans competencies in core HR functions such as -

1. Assisting in recruitment, staffing and related activities

2. Managing all HR generalist functions such as employee relations, their compensation and benefits, and performance appraisals (e.g.: PF, Gratuity, Payroll, IT and TDS, Salary Components etc.)

3. Supporting preparing various reports at regular intervals for aiding management in decision making

4. Proficient in written/spoken English and must be able to carry oneself with confidence as HR personnel at SK Infotech is the face of the company to our employees

We are looking for fresh MBA/ PG diploma in HR ( Internship / Part time /Full time) with relevant experience of upto 1 year.
